I am listening to 'Happy Audio ' by Fennesz.

In case you haven't noticed, blogging is pretty much out of my system these days. Besides, thanks to my insistence not to migrate to a dedicated blog hosting service (and with it a more effective linking and referring system) my site is basically fading into obscurity. Fading into obscurity from obscurity. There used to be a short time where I had almost a hundred unique visits a day (my mixes, the Banksy gallery). Now I average about six a day. And half of that are random Google search results. And the odd reader from Australia. Who are you? Drop me a line sometime.

Been trying to do more things, meet more people, have new experiences, fall in love. Some are progressing along pretty well, some faltered as soon as they started. Can't say I'm not trying though.

August was a pretty weird month. A couple of highly-charged – perhaps a bit overblown at times – emotional experiences both within myself and the people around me. But things seemed to have simmered down quickly in September.

Business has been slow, oil prices are going up, politics in Malaysia is fucked-up, Natalie Portman is dating Devendra Banhart. What is this world coming to?

Things that rock:
Dark Knight
– The new Portishead
– Bad Brains
Raja Petra Kamaruddin
Flying Lotus
– A GTI that is not in the workshop

Hey it's the internets. Let's make clandestine remarks about people because no one will know who I'm actually referring to anyway.

(Edit: too emo for public consumption!)

Hey, every 29-year old sad sack needs their emo moment.

Tomorrow I sign more invoices!
