Ugh. This is probably gonna be the only blog entry for this month. So, yeah. While I was away:

  • Got invited to the Ferrari paddock at the Sepang International Circuit by the good folks at AMD. Had free bubbly, good food and got to see fast cars whizzing by from the comfort of an air-conditioned, VIP room. It wasn't on race day though. Wasn't even the qualifying rounds. Damn folks at AMD.
  • Reported from the frontlines of the KL clubscene for local music webzine Justdancelah.com (doesn't get any more local than that).
  • Movies seen include 21 Grams, Dogville, Swimming Pool (ooh! But yeah, umm, great story).
  • Music listened to include The Velvet Underground & Nico, The Clientele The Violet Hour, Felt Stains On A Decade, The Cansecos, My Bloody Valentine You Made Me Realize EP (how can you not fall in love with a song like 'Thorn'?), Aphex Twin 26 Mixes For Cash, Squarepusher's 'Iambic 9 Poetry' off Ultravisitor.
  • Girls met = none.
A few of you mailed to tell me that I have a nice website. Thank you very much. Makes me miss being in London sometimes. Not that there aren't any interesting events to talk about back here, just that I'm too lowbrow to go.
