It's been a long time, I shouldn't have left you without a dope beat to step to. So here … Mass Distraction Sessions Vol. 2 is up for the download!

Expect to hear the usual hodge podge of good tunes, although this time round I set out to make a more upbeat mix. Some jazz and funk interspersed with the odd krautrock and no-wave. Wow! If it's your first time here, go to my Stuff section and look under Aural Prostitution.

So yeah, my blog's been pretty dead. But there really isn't anything in my life right now that's worth talking about. I could write tons of stuff about the stupid things that go on at work but that's boring, and I'd like to forget about that stuff anyway. I had a bad backache a couple of weeks back, which, strangely, seems to happen right about the same time every year. Had to take a day off from work which was actually nice, cos it's been ages since I've spent a weekday at home.

And then there's girl trouble … but you don't wanna hear about that.
